- One teaspoon cumin or jeera seeds
- One teaspoon corriander or dhania seeds
- One teaspoon fennel seeds or saunf

- Cumin or jeera stimulates the secretion of pancreatic enzymes necessary for digestion. This is turn helps to boost your metabolism.
- Coriander seeds help control the blood sugar levels thus keeping excess weight at bay. They also generate digestive compounds, juices and help burn fat.
- Besides reducing bloating and flatulence fennel seeds also reduce water retention.
- Boil all the three ingredients together in two cups of water. You may also grind the seeds before boiling for a more concentrated tea.
- Gradually the colour of the water will change to brownish. Boil the tea long enough for the quantity of water to reduce from two cups to one – which will give you a nice concentrated effective tea.
- Strain the tea. Enjoy warm/cold tea as per prefrence.
